How do you make this type of pattern?

Hello,

I am trying to make these triangle look pattern inside the sketch, just wondering how would I be able to go about doing that?

If this will eventually be 3d geometry (which I assume is the case)  you don't want to create all the triangles in a sketch.  Instead sketch one triangle element, extrude it, and pattern the body.

Here's one way to create the pattern:

You could also use a pattern to create the horizontal lines.

You will also need to convert the lines into a 3d model.  In other words, the lines aren't going to print as they are.

Have you looked at the infill patterns available in your slicer?
