How do you create a plane perpendicular to a hole?

I have a part that I need to modify and add a counterbore to.  The surfaces that the hole crosses are NOT perpendicular to it.  I tried creatin and AXIS for the hole thinking that I could then use PLANE ALONG PATH to create a sketch plane,  but FUSION didn't  allow that.   What is the best wat to get a sketch to be perpendicular to this hole?

You should always attach your model for two reasons.  One, it is better to show you the process on your work.  This eliminates any possible errors in a proposed solution.  Second, it saves the person responding the effort of creating a demo model.

My method is attached in a video.

Hello,
Ff you could export your *.f3d file to your local drive and attach it in a reply here, it would greatly assist us in further investigating the issue.
