How do you add an internal radius to a sketch

H iAll

 

How do you add an internal radius to a sketch where the angle is less than or greater than 90 degrees I have tried using a three point circle with limited success and a lot of patience there must be a better/easier way.

You could use fillet.

Or if you want a full circle use 2 tangent Circle.
