Hi, I am having trouble removing the lines from these imported bodies . What would be the correct way to repair the bodies . Another question , is it possible to mirror the body from right to left in its current state?

these are body edges. They are required, especially for some kinds of periodic surfaces, such as in this model. Some external formats (and STEP is one of them), require these kinds of surfaces to be split for the math to work out.
However, you can turn off the display of all edges here, by choosing "shaded" as the visual style (not "shaded with edges", which is the default). Those edges will not cause any problems to the functioning of the system.
