Im trying to take this body in the attached file and make it a sold piece.

I've tried boundary fill on this component but it just creates more hollow bodies. I cant seem to work out how stitch works. Im finding this problem very frustrating

thankyou

Thankyou for your reply. How are you seeing it as a solid object please? When I do a sectional analysis its completely hollow.

It was just a model I found on a forum. Im trying to make it solid for 3d printingScreenshot 2025-01-18 092715.png

That should go with Boundary Fill.

I assume you want to print it.

@adammarkwalker

There are a lot of issues with this geometry...

These "buttons" aren't even flush with the face...

If this were my design I would start over from scratch.

Fortunately, if you want it filled - the geometry is pretty simple to recreate.

If you are going to Fill you certainly don't need threaded fasteners...

In my experience, nearly every model found on the internet is rubbish.

Model you own high-quality geometry.

This would make an excellent exercise for a beginner learning modeling techniques.
