How can I unfold this part?

Hello once again. I am modeling another part and the way I went about drawing it, I am not able to get it to unfold. It has 2 flanges and a radius. Is there a step I missed in doing this that is keeping me from unfolding it? When I tried to create a flat pattern it only unfolds one of the flanges as well. It has me stumped to say the least.

Are there any unresolved issues highlighted in the Timeline?

Is the cut perpendicular to the flat?

Is the Main Body Mount Gusset a Component or is it an assembly?

Are all of your sketches fully defined?

Do all of your dimensions make logical sense (you can measure them with calipers on the shop floor)?

Not that I can see. When I activate the flat pattern it does give me a compute failed warning and only unfolds one of the flanges.

You don't have this yellow highlight in your Timeline?

What if you run the command Ctrl b (Cmd b on Mac)?

Do you have any unnecessary duplicated dimensions in your sketches?

Once again, thank you. I am trying to study what you did. Our last chat I feel I have improved by leaps and bounds but once again you have shown me a simpler way. I am trying to re-create a mount that was originally stamped 50 years ago. You used some features I have yet to discover so again thank you. It's easy to over complicate things it seams.

@salesu

You have replied to a thread that has already been marked as solved.

It would have been better to start a new discussion thread (with perhaps a link back to this thread as reference).

The first step will be to remodel as a valid sheetmetal part.
