How can I "trace" this shape?

I'm trying to make some changes to the attached STL, and I want to recreate it as a proper fusion model so I can make future changes more easily. I've traced the bottom of the shape in a sketch and extruded it up, but now I'm stuck on how to get the front and back where it changes in the z direction but also simultaneously in x and y. It doesn't seem like a sketch would work here. Maybe I need two? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you stepped through the timeline and looked at how this model was built?

Duh. Haven't had a chance to look at it yet and it hadn't occurred to me that the timeline would show it. Thanks!
