How can i fill one hole from design( Newbie to fusion 360)

i am very new to fusion 360 and was trying to design some case of gaming device,

while i was doing the design, i have added a hole for button and later i added some another designs, 

How can i remove one hole without affecting another designs which i added later.

i used to undo many designs previously to achieve this

Hi,

If there are not too many profiles, it may be easier to remove all profiles in the edit menu and then set the desired profiles again.
It may also be useful to extrude each profile individually.
Then you can delete this step in the timeline or (better) suppress it with "suppressed".
