How can I approach to model this part of a storm trooper helmet?

Hello, 

 

I would like to model a storm trooper helmet to learn some new techniques.

I am struggling with the round part around the neck, specially with the transition between the side face plate and this round part. 

Does someone know a good way to approach this? 

Are there some good tutorials on this kind of shapes?

That looks like an advanced skill design.

Are you ready for an advanced design challenge?

Has your instructor covered the topics necessary to complete a design like this?

Has you instructor approved this design project?

 

Have you gone through the Tutorials?

Do you have a link to the ePortfolio of your previous designs done in Fusion?

You would probably want to us the T-Spline environment to model this. Check Box mode often.
