Horiz/Vert Constraints Not Aligning with Origin

I have a box sketched with horizontal and vertical constraints (removed perpendicular constraints to try and troubleshoot). When I extrude the box, one of the orthogonal faces is not aligning with the origin. The angle is definitely negligible (to the 10^-6) but becomes evident when the body is mirrored and renders are made. I'm hoping this is user error and there is a simple fix because I very often use symmetry to my advantage when designing parts like this.

I think the Sketch Solver let you down a bit in this case.  Take a look at the video. Model is attached.  @Phil.E, what do you think?

I've never run into a Sketch Solver issue before so I don't think I would have stumbled upon that solution without your help.

Sorry to see that you encountered this problem. It is indeed a defect for which I have created a ticket FUS-210709 for the development team.
