My advice would be to start with easier projects increasing in complexity working your way up to this project.
Then I would recommend that you Attach your *.f3d progress for explicit guidance by the experts here.
First thing I would do is move/rotate the scan geometry such that the Origin is at a logical location.
I would also use several photos placed in canvas, scaled and located.
Then I would start sketching.
