Holes in a cone

Hello,

I have a problem with modeling a cone with holes. I want to make something like in the picture(on the picture the cone is cut, so you can see what i want to get). As you can see in the picture i want to get a cone with holes, but i want the holes on the top and the bottom to be in the same layout. How do i get this? I tried to do this with sketches and extrude operation, but it always changes the layout on the bottom.

I cannot tell from your file what your true Design Intent is, and the image that you posted in your original problem description is very very poor.

Can you search the internet for a better image of something similar to what you are attempting to model?

A better reference photo may help...What is it? Purpose? Is it to be 3D printed?
