hole placement from sketch

Hi,

so as seen below I've created a dimensioned sketch and then extruded a solid body from this sketch. Using the sketch as the centre hole point I made two holes on the bottom face of the body. However I'm wondering if there is a way to make a hole on the top edge using the sketch as a reference i.e. place a hole using the centre point of the largest hole on the top face.

I have attempted to offset that part of the sketch but have been unsuccseful thus far due my constraints.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You can make a new sketch on the top face and then Project the hole(s) as needed.  You can also use the Extrude command and use the "Offset" option under the Start entry in the dialog box and using the same bottom profile, select the top face as the start of the new hole.

Thank you so much, I had never seen that project feature before and it worked perfectly.
