Hole not centered

Hello this is my first time using Fusion360 and autodesk eagle,iam trying to just make some simple screw holes for a pcb but when i project to find the center of the hole i look at the board and the 3d board hole isnt exactly centered.When i take the circle tool and go from the center of the hole it isnt truly the center point.What am i doing wrong i attached a image so you can see exactly what is wrong.Thanks

Talking to the Eagle team they said it is a image scale issue on the PCB side,but the center of the hole on fusion is still true center

I would export the gerbers to dxf, then import the dxf into Fusion 360 to verify.
