Hole in 3d print but not model

I have an issue with a lofted model. The Model in Fusion looks fine, but when 3d printed, a hole shows up in the print. Also, I checked the .stl file layer by layer and the hole is not present.

Where is the hole? Can you circle it in red?

What does your 3d printer slicer show layer by layer?  Is the thickness at the hole less than the minimum filament extruded width?

The printer software shows no hole in the layer by layer analysis.

I would do a section analysis in fusion, measure the wall thickness of that part of the Model and make it a bit thicker.

Maybe the slicer preview is not 100% "what you see is what you get".
