Hole commad placement from another hole

I need to place some holes X and Y distances from another hole instead of the edges of the object.

Is there a way?

Yes, you will be creating a sketch, project the existing hole into it, and place any new hole points dimensioned from the original.  Then use the points to place the new holes.

That is the way I have been doing it.

I was hoping that things had progressed far enough to do it directly rather than the sketch path.
