I am in the beginning phase of learning the fusion 360 and am styuck on a few things? Maybe I built the models wrong? Is there anybody that can help on a case by case basis? Someone I can contact when a problem arises? Willing to pay.

This forum is a very good resource.  I suggest you start here.  Also, Autdesks's screencast app has is a great resource to help share problems you're having.

There are a number of tutorial videos that you'd be well advised to watch before attempting to design anything, as tempting as that is.
Once you've watched these videos you are ready to try out a few things.
Then as has already been suggested, this forum is an excellent place to ask for help.
