Help with the fillet

Hi! Can't make the fillet here. I can't share the whole model but I just made a cut of it where a fillet needs to be created. I've drawn an approximate arc here to show how the fillet I mean there needs to be created. Thanks for help!

Why not make a sketch on that side plan or getting that curved profile and extrude that, instead of using fillet. Fillet doesn't work here well, because you don't have a complete edge. I hope the new profile sketch will work.

Patch with a surface.

I tried to use Patch before creating the topic. But if you look closely here you'll see that it makes the surface curved and it'll not let me add this surface to the solid body as long as it doesn't completely intersect the body.
