Help with ellipse to circle problem please.

Hello everyone, please excuse my first post being a question. Ok, I am trying to model up an exhaust outlet for a war bird model. For the life of me, I cannot figure how to connect the ellipse to the circle while keeping the arc intact. I have a circle sketched, an ellipse sketched, and the arc in connecting the center points. I have no idea if this is even the right place to begin. I have attached photos of the object I am trying to model. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Just use the Loft command.  Use the arc as a centerline rail.

The circle is on the XY plane.  The ellipse is on a plane offset from the YZ plane. The arc is on the XZ plane.  Use dimensions to drive the final shape.

p.s. I think a spline would be more accurate than an arc.

Should work, use Model > Create > Loft,

select the Ellipse, then the circle, preview will be a straight body,

in the Rails section, change to Centre Line Rail, select the arc,

preview will chase the arc.

use the Shell command to make tube.

lots of ways to get it, however, Loft will not work for a tube in one go.

If that is not working, please attach the file, easy to demonstrate with your data.

File > Export, save local, and attach in here.

Might help....
