HELP ! - using thread features between two component not matching ,,

 how to fix this ? need help on this thread.. I.I'm gonna 3d Print it .. but from my view the thread not matching between two component.. 

I had select M8x 1.25for both using Thread Tools..

I haven't watched the video yet, but one way to create perfectly matched threads is to:

1. Join the bodies.
2. Create the threaded holes.
3. Split the bodies.

Another:

1. Create a tube with an inside diameter for the threads and an outside diameter larger than the threads.
2. Thread the hole.
3. Position the tube in the two bodies/components.
4. Split the tube.
5. Join each end to its respective component.

You'll also need to add chamfers.

For the bodies. 
It's 2 components already. 
Is there a way to join the component together ?

thank you for sharing this vids. I have go through this, but its a little complicated because the video itself is 30 min..
