Check to make sure that you don't have multiple disconnected groups of parts. Make sure you have run automatic contact detection, then go to Display|DOF View and check for 'red' parts. Add manual contacts or modify the automatic contact tolerance and re-run contact detection until all parts a 'green'. Then re-run the solve.
