Help - Problem with circles and snap points

Hi guys,

I face some inconsistencies in my cad-model. I am fairly new to using cad-software, so there might be a fundamental condition I am not yet aware of that explains those problems stated in the attached jpeg. I also attached the f3d file for further investigation.

This is a really good example of the really poor display of circles in Fusion 360.  Change your construction circles to regular circles and you will see the boundaries touch the defined points.

You can also verify it correct with the inspect tool, just select the point and the circle and the distance is zero.
