Help needed - Lego Spike Motor Design

I want to design a part like lego compatible part, so I need to design that 2 holes with space between them which is kinda shows that outer cylinder of the hole on the other side.

but it still not doing the shell for the hole 

 

I need to make a shell for the hole on the top face( the one between the two holes)

Do you see any blue lines or white dots in Sketch9?
