1. Help... is drawing this doable in fusion 360?
2. I have always used fusion in Solid. Drawing this organic shape, is it possible in fusion?
3. If yes, what approach would you take?

Hey,

it is possible in Fusion if you have a lot of time and you need to have it parametric. Otherwise it would be waste of your time. In my opinion it would be best to use Blender for it- create similar shape in hard surface modelling then add details with sculpting.
