Help, I can't figure out how to design an s curve on a 3d model

I've been trying to put an s curve on a tear drop-shape, but I cannot seem to figure out how, I have attached a couple of screenshots to help explain what I mean.

Are you looking for that to exist with the full perimeter of the part, or just a portion? Can you export and share your file?

File > Export > Save to local folder. Return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply.

I'm puzzled as to what portion of the curve you want modeled on your part. The curve is a good deal larger then your part, so... Are you looking for material added or removed?

See, how the body is completely straight, I'm wanting to make make it into an s curve, the spline you see next to it is just to help give an idea, I'll attach a photo to help give you a rough idea on what i'm talking about.

As far as I know, your only choice would be to use a Sweep, but it doesn't play well in regards to edges that would be completely eliminated, such as those around the small tip. 

I'm by no means a CAD expert (CAM is my strength), so I've flagged this post for moving to the proper forum

could the issue for the tip be resolved if I make the edge more of a square rather than a point, also could you demonstrate how to use the sweep tool

Before looking into this too deeply, you first sketch is fully un-dimensioned and fully unconstrained.

So I'd start with maybe watching the introductory tutorial videos in the Support and Learning section.

 

I've attached the model that created this shape in case that's what you are looking.

Roll back the timeline and move it forward step by step.

Also edit the first sketch to see what I mean with dimensioned and constrained.

Yep. If the sweeping profile crosses the centerline of the small radius on the end it'll create self intersecting geometry and Fuiosn 360 will rightfully complain about it.
