Help combining faces in an arc.

Hello everyone,

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

I'm a total noob and I'm able to make simple designs, so, not a surprise I don't know how to make this. I've been trying and trying for 3 hours now...

I'm trying to make the frontal cone of a RC plane, an adaptation to RC of a LIDL glider. I think pictures are pretty self explanatory.
