Having trouble with Fusion web

I'm a student who got access to Fusion web recently. Up until now, everything was sunshine and rainbows. Now? It's buggy, doesn't render my whole object (as seen in the image, only rendering the tools, browser, etc) which means I can't do anything to it. It's just so broken. I'm very disappointed, especially since I've been meaning to learn Fusion for a long time now (as a both a hobby and potentially a skill usable in my future), and also work on a passion project as well. I'm not sure if anyone can help me out, because this is probably a very niche thing that isn't very well maintained, but that's fine. If you could, please give me advice!

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry you're having trouble with the Fusion Home tab.

From your description, it looks like the Home tab is loading, but the model itself is not rendering correctly.

Could you please try the following and let us know the results?

1. Open the design directly in the Fusion Design workspace

   From the Home tab, try opening the affected design in Fusion. Does the model display correctly once it is opened in the Design workspace?

2. Try another design

   Please check a different Fusion design from the Home tab. We'd like to know whether the rendering issue affects all designs or only this particular model.

3. Restart Fusion

   Completely close Fusion, restart it, and check the Home tab again.

4. Collect Diagnostic Log Files

   If the issue continues, please go to:

   Help > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic Log Files

   and attach the generated ZIP file to this thread.

Could you also share a short screen recording showing the issue from the Home tab through opening the affected design?

If the problem occurs only with this particular design, please share the Fusion dataset with us.
