Having SAT issues

hello, first of all i am a bit of a noob when it comes to using Fusion, what i am trying to do is create models for Revit using this application, mainly because Fusion is alot easier to use and the end results are great, anyway i have finished my test model and exported to SAT file as this is the only one Revit will recognise, i have solved the different axis problem, but i am now ocming up against an issue with materials.

now this may be a Revit issue (i have posted on the Revit forum as well) but the model imports with only one material and only as one complete object, cant change that material or seperate the the object. just wanted to make sure its not something that i am doing in Fusion or soem setting or box i have not checked, and hopefully find someone who has solved this issue themselves

as i said before i am fairly certain this is just Revit being a pain, as the model transfred fine to 3DS max but i just wanted to double check

thank you

Hello Thorpe 1985,

Welcome to Fusion 360.  The model that you are saving as a SAT, is it multi body or does it contain components?

Cheers,

Mark,

Can you export an .f3z file and email to me so that I can take a look with my developers?

Thank you,
