Have All Pop-up Dialogue Boxes Fully Expanded on Initial Use

This is easier to show than explain so i made this video with audio.  Please watch till the end as in the last example the box actually changes depending on which face I select.

I have my dialogs docked to the right side of the screen and they work most of the time. I did report a similar problem a few months back, if you dock the dialog to the left of the sketch palette you get the same problems and the advice given is to have the tool dialogs attached to the right edge.

Docked like this the dialogs resize more reliably.

One last note you can only manually resize dialogs when they're undocked and you can only grab the bottom right corner.
