hard shape to make

I would like to make a coil, and somehow 'sweep' it down a path which is another coil.  Obviously sweep isn't the command but I wanted to give you an idea for what I'm trying to do.  Is this even possible, a coil within a coil, in F360?

Hi,

1. Please show pictures of real existing objects to understand where we should go.

2. Please share your basic f3d File

How do you make the smaller (longer) coil follow the path of the larger coil (shorter)?

Is the shape you're looking for what you'd get if you took a long spring and wrapped it around a cylinder in a coil?  If so, I have an idea, but I want to make sure that this is the shape you want.

Not sure why @C.FOTI  started another thread but I answered in this thread with a couple of example files.

Done using sweep in the patch work space.
