Graphics card might not be Optimal

I just switched my design station to a

Xeon E5520 2.27Ghz (X16)

26GB RAM

Nvidia GEForce 9500 GT - 512MB GDDR3 (dedicated video memory)  -  4GB (Total available graphics including shared)

Fusion 360 is now working much better than on my i7 laptop running at the same processor speed but with a GeForce GT 555M card with 3GB dedicated ram and 9GB or shared ram...

looks like the added cores on the desktop helped a lot but the worse graphics card is causing issues...

Now I get an error from fusion360 saying my graphics card might not be optimal for it....

This is a Apple workstation dual OS but I use it under windows 7

Any recommendations on a compatible graphics card that will optimize my system for fusion360?

I do some graphic intensive designs that include high poly meshes as imports...  also work in zbrush and maya...

How do you intend to use these high-poly meshes in Fusion 360 ?

In general, a good graphics card for Fusion 360 has at least 1Gb of dedicated on-board memory. Also, you can turn off all the graphics gimmicks in Fusion 360.

To do so, click on the small question mark symbol in the upper right corner of Fusion 360 and select graphics diagnostics.

Enable "Limit effects to optimize performance" that will help and might even be enough to get through with a less than optimal graphics card for a while.

Sometimes the warning shows up due to outdated drivers and doesn't necessarily reflect the hardware itself. If there's an update available for the graphic driver from the manufacturer (NVidia and if dual graphics, Intel), you may want to install those.

I hope that helps.
