Giving specific distance to dimensions?

Hi, i have been looking for this in the options as well as in other places to no avail. I am taking a mechanical drafting course and really want to use fusion to complete the models if I can. I have gotten all of the requirements done besides needing my dimensions to be a certain distance away from the line they correspond to. the distances he has given us were initial 3/4in away, then stacked will be 3/8. In the image i have attached the blue distance needs to be 3/4 and the red one would be 3/8 from the end of the red dimension.

Ah thank you so much! I kept looking in preferences and couldn't find anything. This fixes the secondary dimension but doesn't seem to be able to setup the original dimension, am i missing an option or is there a separate way to do the base dimension?

Not that I know of.  only ways I know of are hacky.  maybe someone will come along with better knowledge-

1-drag the base dimension so it sits at the zero point, then drag it again and drop it at the approximate distance you want(it tells you how far your dragging it while your doing it.)

2-again place and drag dimension at the zero point, place a second dim and use arrange on it with the first dim as the base dim.  delete first dim.
