the values in your screen shot don't match the gears in the model you posted, so we can't check the outcome for you.
the diameter is a function of the module of the gear, and the number of teeth. there isn't an option to directly input a diameter.

what diameter? the pitch diameter (I assumed)? that's a function of the module value (as you can see in the in the link you provided : m=d/z)

don't know. results look correct to me for my inputs. can't comment on what your getting b/c you haven't posted your inputs and resulting gear.
