Getting Unwanted Creases with Loft

After about 5+ hours (!) of failed attempts to loft a solid, I eventually succeeded but it has unwanted creases on the neck where the circular section meets the box-shaped area. Here is my file....   https://a360.co/3MOB8aL

I would love to know how to get a perfect result for this! Thanks.

Looking at this now. My first suggestion would be not to use any 3D Sketches for this as it's completely unnecessary.

Imagine how this was made.

I personally would only model 1/4 of it and use only a top and bottom profile and 2 rails. Then mirror twice.

What I show in the attached model is only one way to do this.
