Ok, so forgive me, but I'm somewhat new to 360.
Here's what I need to do. I need to work backwards from an .STL file (basically a length of an open-topped u-shaped pipe), and get it to the point of being able to be a solid that can be used to split a rectangular solid. It has too many triangles to directly convert to BRep, so first I close the mesh, then reduce to 49,999 faces. But I can't get from there to a point where I can select "pipe" as the object being used to split a body.
Any help?
