Get compute error when creating flat pattern in sheet metal

All it tells me is to check the body and bend patterns. Being a newbie at this, it doesn't tell me anything about the real cause. Can anyone let me know where I went wrong? I have attached the Fusion 360 project file.

The trouble is the 2 end flanges touch and Fusion's modeling kernel automatically combines touching surfaces. In the attached I just changed the end flanges to adjacent. If what I've done is no good you could extrude the end faces a small amount before the flange is added.

Here's the problem, notice the face is combined.

First thing I noticed is that your Sketch1 does not show as fully defined.

I would have recommended that you stop there and ask questions.

(My Sketch1 would have been 3 very simple rectangles.)

To make it easy to work - my overall length rectangle would have been relatively short until the geometry completed and then edited to full length.
