I can not find the right way to create a grid of hexagons on a truncated cone!

 

I enclose a photo as an example.

the problem is that I have to develop different geometric shapes, even irregular, and wrap the truncated cone ...

The technique is essentially the same for any repeating pattern and can be used on a cylinder, cone, or sphere.  Think of the cone like a globe and create latitude and longitude lines.  Use the longitude lines to determine how many individual patterns will fit around the cone.  Use the latitude lines to determine how many will fit vertically.
