Generative Design: what does "not all directions are fixed" mean?

I'm doing my first real-world generative design, and cannot understand what the error messages below mean:

Can't gen it

The aim is to create bridges between the preserve geometry that provide a suitably stiff but light way to transfer forces. I've prepared three load cases: one with only force coming down, and two where lateral forces are applied to the cylinder. These cause the error in the picture.

What does it mean? How to cure it?  

I did search the forums and google. What does a direction being "fixed" mean?

This is a constraint issue, not a load issue.

Basically, your model is still free to move in some direction. We can see from the constraint glyphs (the padlocks) that they are a fixed type but that they are not fully fixed (the locks are open). You can either edit the constraints to make them fully fixed, or you will need to add an additional constraint to eliminate the free motion. Without seeing exactly how you're currently set up, it is hard to make a recommendation on exactly what to do.

Ah, of course!

I had fixed that with one of the load cases only, and not the other two. They now pass.
