Generative design failed- Geometry Regions Separated

Hi, I have been trying to use the generative design function in Fusion 360 for a module load study.

It would work on the first case when the module is stacked vertically, however when I changed the shape, the error i get is that the geometry regions have separated and the outcome is just 1 or 2 iterations before it stopped.

From what I understand in the above forum post, all the modules should have a load applied to it but this should be the case in this load study and works for the previous vertical test.

I shared the file link below, hope someone can help with this problem, thank you.

Hi @Anonymous ,

I checked your file shared through link. In Structural Study 1 you have applied multiple load of 1100 N while in Structural Study 3 you have applied only one load case of 2200 N. Looks like it is creating the issue. You need to apply other loads in Study 3.

Thank you.
