[Fusion360] Term has expired

Hi there!

I can't find better place to post it so... When I'm launching Fusion360 I see "Term has expired" red message . Which I shouldn't as my yearly plan in still way before expiration. When I click it and choose "Buy" option the note disappears, but it gets back after restart. Is there a way to fix it?

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

I think I found the issue! If you visit manage.autodesk.com I can see that you have an active subscription, but if you tab over to the Users page (along the left hand side), you do not have the license applied to your account. Not sure how it did not automatically apply - but all you need to do is grant yourself the seat of Fusion (click edit access) and you should be all set to go!

Can you please confirm if this fixed the issue?

Thanks,

Hi James!

Thx for suggestion. Did that - still have "Term has expired" message 😞 .

And yeah , I remember I had some issues when I bought subscription through Amazon - but somehow I overlooked it hasn't been applied correctly.

Would love to hear what else can I try to get rid of that message.

I have the subscription through Amazon as well, and did the trial when installing as it did not recognize me.  I don't understand the navigation instructions / can't find Users on the left nav.

Thanks, Brian

Hi @Anonymous,

Just to check - have you successfully linked your Amazon purchase in your Amazon Software and Games Library? This will need to be linked to your Autodesk Account - most likely the one you were on trial on. This link here should have more information on that.

Please let me know if you verified everything is linked on your Amazon page and we can take a deeper look together.

Thanks,
