Thank you for sharing the design. Fusion should be robust enough not to crash, but that does not appear to happen in this case. Thank you for reporting this issue. I have reported this issue to the development team via report ID FUS-27642.
I think reviewing the link below can help you to avoid this type of issue in the future.
Best Modeling Practices
The issues are related to the timeline compute errors. If I eliminate the timeline errors, the issues seems to go away. Below is the method I used to eliminate the timeline features.
1. I started converting features in the timeline with warnings or errors to direct modeling features by using the convert to DM command in the timeline (see right click menu). Once all timelines issues eliminated, I right clicked n the component "Key White:1" and selected a Save Copy As. I then saved the design Key White v2 in my project.
2. Next, I opened "Key White v2" design as a stand alone design and performed some further editing/simplifying in the the Base Feature to simplify the file. This step isn't necessarily required, but I did not see the point or the intent of all of the remove features in the timeline.
3. Last, I right clicked on the design in the data panel and select Insert into Current design to insert "Key White v2" into the "Paste New Problem Design."
4. You can then right click on the design and select Break Link. After this you can copy and Paste New, no problem because there are no problems with the timeline.
***I note that you could edit each of the features that are red and yellow in the timeline and reselect geometry or repair the feature as well. Since I'm not familiar with this design, I used the method summarized above.
