Fusion not working after update 08-18-24

I have removed Fusion, re-installed and reset the UI.

The data panel is frozen, and the time line does not show the model history (icons).

I can't use the software this way, I have submitted a case, but I wonder if Autodesk is aware or can provide a fix.

We are on subscription and use this for software for production.

@crullier Can you please confirm if you are able to reinstall your graphics drivers if that helps solve the issue? Can you also post your system specs here?

I running an RTX4000 ADA with the latest drivers. Computer specs are above the requirements and Fusion ran perfectly in the past.

I have reinstalled Fusion and no fix.

Fusion is also up to date apparently.

Do you have a Personal Use license for Fusion? I do have a similar situation. After August 15, I'm not able to create using Fusion. The only feature available is to EXPORT. I already reinstalled and Update Licenses form the Update panel and keep unable to create.

I am not sure what a Personal License it.

We are a subscription customer...and cannot work.

Same here.  I updated last night (August 21, 2024) and now even a simple edit feature function causes the program to freeze.  Can someone send me some advice on how to fix this?

@joec2 Starting with the usual suspects of graphics, can you confirm if there are any updates available or your graphics driver?

Hi. Thanks for replying.  Not sure.  Just using a 2 year old Macbook Pro, which I just updated the OS (AFTER) the crashing started.  Thought that might help, but it did not.  Also, since upadating Fusion, it gave me a warning that I had too many sessions signed in on devices.....but this is my only computer and only place I've ever signed in.  So that is strange too.  Seems like there are some bugs in this new update.

@joec2 This is good data to know. So on to the next things to do:

1. The session not closing seems to be something lingering in the background.
2. Can we look at activity monitor - sort it by CPU usage and take an image of what you see?
3. Now restart your machine, now run Fusion

what happens? If the problem still persists,

1. Close Fusion
2. Go to Launchpad - Fusion service utility - Run system info

3. Attach the files generated here.

I ran the Fusion Service utility and it seems to be working now.  Im a bit too busy to try anything else, but if it happens again I'll be right back here. Thank you for the the help.
