I am trying to uplaod some very simple SLDPRT files I downloaded from GrabCAD to my project, but the upload always fail, even for tiny files with less than 200kb.

Is SLDPRT not supported at all?

Which path are you taking to upload your part?

Path 1. Open fusion and upload to A360

Path 2 . Open A360 and upload from there.

There is a path 3 where you work offline and then when you connect to the net work it up loads to A360. But I think that only works with parts from scratch.

only some SLDPRT will open and it has to be the whole file other wise it will fail.

@Anonymous if you open the file I sent you with the Monte-Carlo and select all it will work if you miss some bit's it fails

Saw other threads complaining of SolidWorks 2016 not being supported yet...

Went to check in the GrabCAD (where I got the files from), and yep, SolidWorks 2016 😞

Yes, but the solution was in other thread, so I can't click in a accept solution button...

Or rather, tehre was no solution. (I still need to open these files, it is just that there is no way to do it directly with Fusion right now)

Is there any way to open a file of this type without using A360?

You have replied to an ancient thread.

What problem are you experiencing opening a *.sldprt file?

Attach your file here for best advice.
