Fusion Doesn't Run Properly on new Laptop....

I just purchased an MSI GT72 running Windows 10. I installed Fusion 360 and it seemed to install OK.

When I try to run Fusion it starts quickly but once open it freezes, and I'm unable to access the drop downs from the menus. It is just acting strange and I am unable to move or rotate the model.

I updated Winndows and the Nvidia drivers (970M - 3GB) and all my other apps seems to be running fine.

Any ideas as to what may be causing it?

Thanks!!

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

I am sorry to hear that this is happening to you! I've seen this issue before with the MSI laptop series and I think it has to do with the Nahimic Sound driver. Can you try uninstalling Nahimic and reinstalling that and see if it works? Make sure to try Fusion out before you reinstall Nahimic. That should fix the issue, but let me know either way!

Thanks,
