Fusion crashes when using pattern

I'm using a pattern to apply four fillets to 54 pockets.  Every time I do, Fusion crashes.  Attached is my Fusion file and below is a screencast.

I'm using a Mac, v10.11.6 (El Capitan)

@SGoldthwaite

What happens if you pattern the fillet feature instead of the faces?

Personally in cases like this I create the cutout then fillet it then pattern the Cutout and Fillet Feature in one step, it's a lot more stable way to work in Fusion.

It also helps performance wise.

keep in mind that patterning a sketch like you did is really bad for performance in Fusion. Always pattern features whenever possible.

I tried patterning the fillet feature.  Fusion didn't crash, but it didn't work.  I get this error:

Error: R-Pattern1
Compute Failed

No Fillet Edge Found

Thanks for the tips.  I think I'll create a sketch with one pocket, then try to pattern the whole pocket.

Creating one pocket with the fillets you want is the best practice in this case. Then just pattern the cut and fillet features in one step and it will work.

I created a new sketch with just one rectangle.  Then I extruded a body (one pocket only), added the fillets.  Then I feature patterned this pocket (two objects in timeline - extrusion and fillet), . That seemed to work fine.  Fusion did recommend for computer option not to use "Adjust", but instead "Identical" or "Optimized".  I selected Optimized and that seemed to work fine.
