Many do but there are more fully Cabinetmaking focussed Software. What CNC machines?....and what Software are you currently using? Additional ease and functionality can be gained with both Free and Paid add-ins...eg (But without firsthand use experience) https://www.joinercad.com/en

It depends...

As @Warmingup1953 mentioned, for designing standardized kitchens and wardrobes, there is specific software that significantly speeds up the process. These programs often include databases with commonly used cabinet hardware from well-known brands. Designing such furniture in Fusion 360 would take considerably more time.

However, when it comes to highly custom-designed furniture, Fusion 360 might be a better fit. It allows you to design every little detail yourself without many constraints, giving you full control. I use Fusion 360 extensively for designing and manufacturing furniture, and it works great for me.
