This assumes tha thte Item is a Component.
Right click on the item in the browser and select copy from the menu.
To insert click pase or paste-new.
Pase inserts an instance, an always identical copy that updates when the original is modified..
Paste new creates an independent copy.
Bodies can only be copy/pasted. ter is not past enew option.
