Since installing Ultimate Design Suite 2016 (I have an annual subscription account) I am being prompted continually to sign in to Fusion 360 via the account management site, with the encouraging message that Fusion 360 is now included with my licence. When I visit my account page, however, I am not allowed to enable Fusion 360. Please advise how to fix this, or at least stop my PC from nagging me to do something that I'm not permitted to,

Thanks

Hi,

Are you the contract administrator for your PrDS contract? I ask because only the contract admin can add new entitlements to a named user's accounts.

We have documentation for the admins here - http://www.autodesk.com/suites/product-design-suite/fusion-360

Can you share some screenshots for the nag dialog so I can follow up?

Thanks,

Bankim

Welcome to the Fusion 360 discussion forum! I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties with the signing into Fusion 360.

Could you share a screenshot or two of the sign-in that you are being prompted with? Does the prompt appear after launching Fusion 360?

There's an FAQ for Product Design Suite customer for Fusion 360 below that may help.

Is this subscription account for a single user or a multi-user environment? If multi-user, you may need to get the Contract Manager or the Software Coordinator to set user permissions for your account.

How to locate your software coordinator:

If this doesn't help, it may be an issue related to Internet settings or network conflicts. Please keep us updated on your progress, I'm happy to share further suggestions. I hope this helps! I look forward to your reply.

Kind Regards,
