Fusion 360 stuck in Basic Access for designs I create

I have read posts that say that the free /personal use version is still working for many.

For me, however, it says basic access and I can't export/print/save mesh on any designs.   It says the same thing when I login on my fusion team on the web.  I can't create a new team, I can't create any new designs, and I can't create the designs I've already saved.  Any ideas why this is happening and how to use fusion 360 personal?

Maybe Fusion 360 is offended by your forum user name? Are you logged into Fusion 360 (App) as your Team Account? Can you share a screen capture?

@Warmingup1953, interesting theory.

I think it was, but not necessarily 'offended' and not necessarily my username.  It looks like I have two logins, and when I explored the team site more, it looks like the previous login 'owned' the site and my current username was only 'invited' to collaborate.

So, while I thought I was logged into the site and app as my Team account -- it was misleading and I was actually not.

When I found the 'Create or Join Team' link in Fusion 360, I was able to create a new Team account, upload my design from local disk, and make changes and save/export it normally.
