Fusion 360 is unresponsive

Many times fusion is consuming very high power usage on my computer while mouse cursor turns into a spinning icon for up to several minutes. Sometimes, CPU goes to 100% too even. This is happening on a new Dell XPS 8930 with a 3Ghz intel core i7 9700 cpu, 32G of RAM and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 graphics card.

Many times this is associated with it taking a long time to save files. I would try to exit fusion with the intention of rebooting, but fusion gives a popup that says that there are pending uploads.

Should I consider throwing more powerful hardware at the problem or should what I have powerful enough and it's a different issue?

Could you please attach the file? There might be some features or geometries that causing it.
